Oh my gosh you cook plantains too! Wonderful!

(I'm from Venezuela, and plantains are very common for us to eat...)

Plantain dessert? Oh yum!!

Let's see..I've tried fried plantain (ripe, green and in-between!), baked, on the bbq, in a casserole...

I've never tried it in dessert, though!

hello! adriana merry x'mas happy new year too. it takes time to answer you about the plantain dessert if you can find a ripe banana and if you can find a jackfruit in can.just cook the banana with the jackfruit in small amount of syrup almost dry mash it then wrap it in phyllo pastry.you can fry it or bake.1 more sweet potato &plantain in coconutcream.
