What's the difference between Leche Flan and Custard? Is it the amount of eggs used?? My mom's is so thick!! Much better than the flan you get in Mexican restaurants. Yours looks tasty too! *getting even hungrier*

Hi! skribbl, thank you for your comment. i think leche means milk.so it's spanish. but you can try my recipe; 12 egg [yolk only] 1 evaporated milk, 1 condensed milk, 1/2 cup of white sugar,1tsp of vanilla,just stir it gently until all the ingredient are all mix no bubble.have the container ready with some honey or mapple syrup,just enough to cover the container.and cover it of aluminum foil. steam for 30 to 45 min. use 3 container[leche flan container] let me know the result.
